The Constitutional Challenges as Discussed by Sujit Choudhry

Sujit Choudhry is the director of the Center for Constitutional Transitions. Together with other constitutional experts, they met on July 10th to discuss the semi presidential system of Ukraine government. The topic of concern in the discussion was the government of Ukraine and the significant constitutional challenges faced.
