On July 19th in the year of 2017 Sujit Choudhry became apart of the top constitutional experts in Kiev, Ukraine to talk about the semi-presidential system of government while also discussing the constitutional problems and situations that is happening at the moment. Sujit Choudhry is a Professor and Director of the Center for Constitutional Transitions. The event was arranged by the major think tank from Ukraine.
