Sujit Choundry Addresses Semi-Presidential System In Ukraine

Sujit Choudhry is a professor of comparative constitutional law at University of California Berkley. He began his law career as Rhodes Scholar, and he was a law clerk for Canadian Supreme Justice Antonio Lamer. Sujit Choudhry has served as a professor of law at New York University and at the University of Toronto. Sujit Choudhry’s Letter To Spanish’s Governments Asks For Peace

Sujit Choudhry is a law professor at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. Choudhry has established himself as a World respected analyst on constitutional law and politics. Choudhry has given speeches in many different parts of the World, including Libya, Ukraine, and South Africa. Choudhry has previously worked at New York University and The University of Toronto. He also worked as a law clerk for a chief of the Supreme Court of Canada.

Choudhry has served as a constitutional adviser. He has helped to initiate public dialogue sessions and stakeholder consultations. Choudhry helped teach civil servants and communicated with party leaders. Choudhry is also the Director of the Center for Constitutional Transitions. Choudhry urges the Catalonian President to state why he is committed to moving forward with the idea of seceding from Spain. Choudhry would like to see a referendum that explains the general ideas and views of the Catalan community. Spain’s Prime Minister should understand that the Catalan primarily believes that secession is the best thing for everyone. The Catalan people only want peace. The referendum should help explain everything, even though the Spanish constitutional order could be compromised.

Sujit Choudhry looks forward to a peaceful ending to this issue. Choudhry asks both sides to remember the concepts of the European Union. Spain has not been afraid to use violence to stop the Catalans from receiving their independence. Choudhry says that everything must be considered in regards to dealing with this issue.
